Returns
Please note Order Numbers are required to process returned packages.
We offer a 14 day returns period on goods once received. Please fill in your returns form when sending items back for refund and/or exchange.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.
Any products purchased under the Mystery Box option cannot be refunded or exchanged. Underwear and socks can not be returned for hygienic reasons.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Items returned that are purchased from a sale or during a sale event will be allowed an exchange or store voucher. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Benjart UK will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
