Delivery Information
DELIVERY
Orders are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days depending on availability and credit verification. However during our sale period, delivery times will be longer (5-6 business days).
Please be aware that requests for changing orders will result in your current order being cancelled and a new one being created.
Benjart.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
BAGS
Benjart packaging bags are extremely limited in production and are reserved for items from our newest collections. Please note that the dust bags currently are not sent out for mystery packages or items added to our end of season sales!

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.
Delivery options for UK residents:
- Free UK Delivery: Free on all orders over £100. Sent via DPD.
- Standard Delivery: Orders under £100 are subject to a £6.00 shipping fee and sent via DPD.
EXTENDED DELIVERY ITEMS
Selected items are shipped from our international warehouse. These items show "Extended Delivery (4-5 Working Days)" at checkout and on the product page. They ship within 4 to 5 working days and are sent fully tracked. If your order contains both standard and extended delivery items, your order will arrive as two separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Benjart ships worldwide using Fed Ex & DHL, please select your destination at checkout. International orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 days of being dispatched. Any duties and taxes to be paid will be calculated at checkout.
